About the Role

You will be responsible for optimizing fleet performance, minimizing downtime, and upholding the highest standards of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's vehicle fleet.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure vehicle reliability.
• Oversee vehicle acquisition, disposal, and leasing arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations, licensing, and insurance requirements.
• Manage driver performance, training, and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor fleet costs, identify savings opportunities, and manage the fleet budget effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a senior fleet operations role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with fleet management software and systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs.
• Valid driving license and a good understanding of road safety regulations.
