About the Role

Our client requires a professional and experienced Fleet Van Driver to join their expanding team in Leeds . You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods to various destinations within the Yorkshire region. This role demands reliability, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to upholding the company's reputation for punctuality and service quality. Working within a dedicated logistics department, you will contribute to the smooth running of operations, ensuring client satisfaction across Leeds and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vans for the delivery and collection of goods in and around the Leeds area.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed within scheduled timeframes.
• Adhere strictly to all road safety regulations and company driving policies.
• Perform basic checks on the vehicle before and after each shift to ensure it is in good working order.
• Maintain professional conduct and provide excellent customer service to clients upon delivery.

Requirements

• A valid UK driving licence, ideally with a category B entitlement for vans.
• Demonstrable experience as a van driver or delivery driver.
• Good knowledge of the roads and logistics infrastructure in Leeds and West Yorkshire.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently to meet delivery targets.
• A responsible attitude towards vehicle care and safety procedures.
