Flexible Bank Care Assistant - Companionship & Support

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant to join our care home in Brentwood on a casual, part-time basis. You’ll support residents with daily living, provide companionship, and help create a warm, comfortable environment.

The role offers flexibility and the chance to develop your caring skills in a supportive team. As a Bank team member, you’ll work a variety of shifts to cover holidays and sickness.
