Flexible Bank Care Assistant – Companionship & Support

Barchester care home is seeking a Bank Care Assistant on a casual, part-time basis with flexible hours. You will help residents with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share meaningful moments to enhance their quality of life.

You’ll deliver care in line with care plans, offer one-to-one attention, and bring empathy and a warm, can-do approach to a caring team. Training and development opportunities are provided to support your growth.
