Flexible Bank Care Assistant - Compassionate Elder Care

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant to join our care home team on a casual, part-time basis. You’ll support residents with daily living, meals, and activities, delivering compassionate, person-centred care with warmth and respect.

You’ll build trusting relationships, follow care plans, and provide one-to-one time and companionship. Training is provided, and hours vary to cover leave and sickness.
