Flexible Bank Care Driver – One-to-One Support

Active Care Group in North Wales is seeking compassionate, flexible support workers with a full driving licence to provide ad-hoc bank cover across our North Wales packages.

You will assist clients in their own homes with personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, and support for new packages when needed, with full training provided and ongoing support from Care Managers.
