Flexible Bank Care Worker (Driver) – Training & Benefits

Active Care Group is seeking Bank Support Workers (drivers preferred) to provide flexible cover across South Wales locations including Swansea and Burry Port. You will support clients in their own homes, offering personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, and assistance with shopping.

Shifts include day and night, with sickness and annual leave coverage as required. The role offers flexible bank/zero-hours contracts, training, and ongoing support from Care Managers.
