Flexible Bank Housing Support Worker for Youth

YMCA Hastings is seeking Bank Supported Housing Support Workers for Hastings Foyer. The role involves supporting up to 47 young people at risk of homelessness, offering guidance on housing, budgeting, living skills, jobs and relationships.

You will join a dedicated team including Night Support Workers and Bank Workers to ensure consistency and safety. Bank roles offer flexible shifts (day, evening, night, weekends, bank holidays) and a pathway into permanent roles.
