Flexible Bank Support Worker — Mental Health Care

Cygnet Hospital Kidsgrove in Staffordshire is recruiting a Bank Support Worker to provide high-quality care across two wards for women with diverse needs. You will support medical and welfare needs, maintain a safe environment, and report on care requirements as needed.

Successful candidates will undertake an enhanced DBS check. The role offers flexible bank shifts, ongoing coaching, peer support and employee discount benefits, with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour plus annual leave accrual.
