Flexible Relief Support Worker (Learning Disabilities)

Royal Mencap Society in Grimsby is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our team. You’ll assist individuals with learning disabilities in daily activities and provide emotional support, helping them live fulfilling lives in a 24-hour care setting.

The role requires passion for helping others, strong communication, and a flexible approach to shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. DBS checks and references are standard; DBS enhanced check may be required.
