We are seeking a UK-based Nominee Director to support a company's corporate compliance requirements. This is not an operational management position and does not involve day-to-day business activities.

The initial setup typically requires 1-2 hours. Once company banking arrangements are established, the position becomes largely passive, with only occasional document signing or administrative support required.

What You’ll Do

• Review and sign bank account opening documents remotely.
• Assist with infrequent compliance-related paperwork.
• Remain available for occasional communication.

What You’ll Receive

• Monthly compensation of £100 - £125
• Fully remote working arrangement
