Flexible Senior Care Assistant — Lead & Support Team

Barchester is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant at one of our UK care homes. This casual, part-time position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will support the clinical team with tasks such as medication handling, assessments, care plans or reviews, while ensuring residents’ dignity and preferences are upheld in a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment.
