Flexible-Working Affordable Housing Pre-Construction Lead

Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) in Selkirk is seeking a Development Officer to support the delivery of new-build affordable homes during the pre-construction phase. You will work closely with the Development Manager and Director of Development to shape delivery for SBHA’s current programme.

The role covers coordinating project activity, contributing to appraisals and funding submissions, and engaging stakeholders to progress projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
