Floating Support Worker - Empower Housing & Independence

Codi Group is seeking a Floating Support Worker to cover Newport across supported accommodation sites. This full-time, permanent role involves day shifts Monday–Friday with some flex.

You will work as part of a compassionate team delivering person-centred support to individuals experiencing homelessness or challenging circumstances. As Wales’ leading housing, care and support provider, we value empathetic, independent and wellbeing-focused approaches.
