Nettle is a rooftop restaurant at The Conduit in Covent Garden, operated in partnership with Levy UK. The Chef de Rang leads floor service to ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience while working closely with the Restaurant Manager and General Manager.

This hands-on role acts as the operational lead during service, managing flow, supporting the team and upholding standards, with a strong hospitality background and proactive leadership in a busy setting.
