Floor Operations Leader: Ready-to-Trade & Service

Marks & Spencer in Ashby-de-la-Zouch is seeking a Team Support Manager to lead the fill operation and ensure the sales floor is ready to trade. You will coach colleagues, manage resources, and support the Colleague Manager in their absence.

As a frontline role, you will model customer service, coordinate daily operational tasks, and help create an inclusive, productive team environment. You will also be involved in opening and closing tasks and occasional support for nearby stores.
