Flooring Contracts Lead: Multi-Site, East Midlands

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager (Flooring) to take ownership of a busy patch across the East Midlands, centred on Leicester. You will oversee contracts on multiple flooring sites, coordinate labour, subcontractors and ensure quality and programme delivery.

The role requires proven flooring contracts management experience, strong communication and leadership, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to travel between sites.
