Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative – Rotating 3 Shifts
Allerton Bywater, Castleford, WF10
£13.72 per hour
Monday to Friday
Temporary to Permanent
You must be able to work all 3 shifts on rotation:
- 6am–2pm
- 2pm–10pm
- 10pm–6am
If you are looking for days only or fixed shifts, this role will not be suitable.
Aqumen Recruitment is looking for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join an established recycling business in Allerton Bywater.
This is a hands-on role combining FLT driving and production work , so you must be happy to get off the truck and support the wider team.
What you'll be doing- Operating a Counterbalance FLT
- Moving and organising materials
- Feeding materials into production
- Working on recycling/production lines
- Supporting machine operators
- Keeping your work area safe and tidy
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
- Previous FLT experience
- Happy to do production work alongside FLT driving
- Able to work all 3 rotating shifts
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
- Looking for a long-term role
- £13.72 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends off
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
