FLT Drivers - VNA, Reach, Bendi and Counterbalance

Great opportunity to work as an FLT Driver (VNA, Reach, Bendi and Counterbalance) for our client, which deals with various alcohol, water, and baby products.

Staffline is recruiting FLT Drivers in Rugby.

This is a full-time role and the rate of pay and hours of work are:

Vna

• 4 on 4 off 06:00am to 18:00pm - £13.61 per hour
• 4 on 4 off 18:00pm to 06:00am - £14.63 per hour

Reach: Tuesday - Saturday 22:00 - 06:00 - £14.63 per hour Monday - Friday 22:00 - 06:00 - £14.53 per hour

Counterbalance:

• Monday - Friday 22:00pm to 06:00am - £14.63 per hour

Bendi:

• Sunday - Thursday 22:00pm to 06:00am - £14.63 per hour

Your Time at Work

As an FLT Driver, your duties include:

• Safely operating VNA and Counterbalance forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve pallets within the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring all goods are handled securely and efficiently.
• Supporting warehouse operations by transporting stock to designated areas and maintaining accurate movement records.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift or move items up to a reasonable weight. You will have strong operational ability with VNA and Counterbalance trucks, including safe manoeuvring in tight warehouse spaces.

Applicants will have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. You will be reliable and have strong work discipline.

A valid VNA or Counterbalance Licence and experience in a similar role are required.
