Job Description
Precision Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced FLT Telehandler to work on a busy new build construction project based in the Northwich area. The contract will commence mid-September and is expected to run for a minimum of 16 weeks.
- Working hours 07:30-16:30, Monday to Friday - minimum 41.5 hours paid per week
- Operating the Telehandler safely and efficiently around a busy construction site
- Moving and distributing materials around site to ensure the needs of the workforce are handled efficiently
- Carrying out all works on site as instructed by the Site Management Team
- Carrying out daily safety checks on the Telehandler and reporting any defects or maintenance requirements
- Keeping the Telehandler and surrounding work areas clean and safe
- Following all site health & safety procedures at all times
About you:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler qualification
- Right to Work in the UK
- Previous experience operating a Telehandler on busy construction sites
- Good understanding of site health & safety
- Enthusiastic and MUST be able to use initiative whilst working unsupervised
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a busy site team
- Working references ideally from previous jobs
