Acorn by Synergie is recruiting FLT counterbalance/warehouse operative to join a leading food manufacturer based in Knowsley, L34 .
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced FLT counterbalance (RTITB)/warehouse operative looking for a temporary to permanent position with excellent working conditions and genuine long-term career prospects.
The company supplies high-quality beef and vegetarian products to customers worldwide and is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are keen to develop within a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Duties
- Safely operate FLT equipment for loading and unloading deliveries.
- Support ingredient picking for productionusing the FLT.
- Complete production paperwork to ensure full traceability.
- Palletise finished products ready for dispatch.
- Recycle waste materials, including packaging
- Achieve daily production targets and KPIs.
- Maintain GMP standards and a clean-as-you-go working environment.
- Work collaboratively as part of the production team.
Requirements
- Essential to have RTITB Counterbalance licence.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Good manual handling ability.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to cover alternative shift times when required to meet business needs.
- Due to shift start and finish times, applicants must live locally or have their own transport.
Working Hours
Weekly rotational shift
- Monday to Friday: 7am–3pm.
- Monday to Friday: 3pm–11pm.
Flexibility to cover alternative shifts when required is essential.
