FMCG Change & Transformation Lead for Site Launch

Gist is hiring a Change Manager to support the launch of its new state-of-the-art distribution centre in Avonmouth. You will lead change programs in FMCG and logistics, translate data into strategic decisions and partner with site leadership to deliver transformational outcomes.

Reporting into the General Manager, you will drive safety, engagement and continuous improvement across people, processes and systems, ensuring improvements are measurable and aligned with KPI targets.
