FMCG Commercial Director — Growth, P&L & Transformation

Pure Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Commercial Director for a market-leading FTSE 250+ FMCG group. Based in the South East / Midlands with UK-wide travel, you will own end-to-end commercial strategy, P&L governance, and top-line growth.

You will lead ~200 professionals across Business Development, Key Account Management, Strategy, Procurement and RGM, drive ESG, digital enablement and M&A support, delivering transformational change and long-term value creation.
