FMCG Engineering Lead: 4-on/4-off Shift

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Engineer/Team Leader to guide a busy manufacturing team on a 4 on 4 off shift. You will coach engineers, manage contractors and ensure PPM and CMMS-driven RCA to reduce downtime.

Candidates should have strong FMCG experience, PLC fault-finding skills and solid leadership, with excellent communication and safety awareness in a busy plant environment.
