FMCG Food Production Lead (12-Month)

2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe is seeking a First Line Manager (A Shift) on a temporary contract of up to 12 months to lead the cutting operation. You will report to the Shift Manager, manage around 40+ indirect reports and 4 direct reports, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency across lines.

Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is essential; training will be provided for those from other food production backgrounds.
