FMCG Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer — 4-on/4-off Shifts

Securitas UK in Grantham is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to sustain and improve equipment reliability in a high‑volume FMCG manufacturing facility. You will drive maintenance programs, trouble‑shoot electrical and mechanical issues, and contribute to CI initiatives to reduce downtime.

You'll operate in a rotating days/nights pattern and use 5S, TPM and Kaizen to deliver long‑term improvements, while coaching colleagues on best practice and safe working.
