Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, formulation, and development of new FMCG products , from concept to pilot scale-up.
• Conduct rigorous laboratory experiments, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life testing to ensure product quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and operations, to ensure successful product launches.
• Research and evaluate new ingredients, technologies, and manufacturing processes to enhance product offerings.
• Prepare technical documentation, including formulation reports, specifications, and process descriptions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, scientific advancements, and competitive product developments in the consumer goods sector .

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in product development within the FMCG industry .
• Strong understanding of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and processing techniques.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, analytical methods, and product formulation .
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to product innovation.
