Our client, a leading player in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to oversee their operations in the Aberdeen region. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing key client relationships within a dynamic and competitive landscape. You will be instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the local market, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities within the Aberdeen area.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.

Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales management within the FMCG industry .
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team to achieve targets.
- Excellent understanding of sales principles, retail dynamics, and distribution channels relevant to Aberdeen .
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
