FOH Openings Trainer — CapEx Field Coach

Marston’s PLC is seeking an FOH Openings Trainer to design and deliver market‑leading training for General Managers, operators and pub teams during CapEx investments. This field‑based role involves travel to CapEx sites, delivering training across multiple channels and tailoring to each pub’s needs.

You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams, evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick Level 3, and coach teams post opening for up to 13 weeks.
