Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue across all outlets.
- Oversee the management of all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of culinary and service professionals.
- Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met and exceeded.
- Maintain impeccable standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation in all F&B services in Edinburgh .
Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior Food and Beverage Director or similar leadership roles within high-end hospitality.
