Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive F&B strategies to drive profitability and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Oversee menu development, pricing, and quality control for all restaurants, bars, and catering services.
- Manage F&B budgets, including forecasting, inventory control, and cost management.
- Source and maintain strong relationships with reputable food and beverage suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all F&B operations.
- Lead and mentor F&B managers and teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage management, preferably within luxury hotels or high-volume establishments.
- Proven track record in P&L management, cost control, and revenue maximization.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary trends, menu planning, and beverage programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with virtual team management and remote operational oversight.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration preferred.
