Food & Beverage Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and professional Food & Beverage Manager to lead and enhance the dining experience at a well-regarded establishment in Nottingham . You will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and potentially banqueting services, ensuring exceptional quality, service, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, including staffing, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs within the department.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction are maintained across all F&B outlets.
• Oversee menu planning, development, and pricing in collaboration with culinary teams.
• Maintain strict compliance with all licensing, health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and beverage programs to optimize quality and profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Food & Beverage Management role, preferably within hospitality or hotels.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, service standards, and operational best practices.
• Experience with inventory management systems and POS operations.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in Nottingham .
