About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead their culinary and service operations in a dynamic establishment in Leeds . This role is critical for maintaining high standards of quality, service, and profitability across all food and beverage outlets. You will be responsible for menu development, inventory management, staff training, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all patrons. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
• Develop and implement innovative menus and beverage programs to meet customer needs and market trends.
• Control food and beverage costs, inventory, and supplier relationships to maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, and manage the performance of F&B staff to ensure high service standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role in the hospitality sector .
