Food & Beverage Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operations at a reputable establishment in Leeds . You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, and banqueting services, ensuring excellent quality, service, and profitability. This role requires a leader with strong operational knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences and achieve business objectives within a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
• Develop and implement menus, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize revenue.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain optimal stock levels for all F&B supplies.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar senior F&B role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in F&B management software and POS systems.
• Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management is a plus.
