Food & Beverage Supervisor - YOTEL Edinburgh Food & Beverage

We are looking for someone to join in our Food & Beverage team on a 30 hour contract. At YOTEL, we believe in challenging the status quo through smart design and seamless experiences. Located in the heart of Edinburgh’s vibrant city centre, our hotel blends tech savvy service with stylish and functional spaces to surprise and delight our guests.

As Food and Beverage Supervisor at YOTEL, you’ll play a hands-on role in leading F&B crew to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all our food and drink offerings, including breakfast service, events, and bar operations. You will also lead by example and be responsible for but not limited to ensure the greeting of all guests, that the service & food quality is of YOTEL standard, and that events that take place ensure the “wow” factor. All responsibilities shall be carried out in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, motivate the team, and consistently uphold YOTEL’s high service standards.
