About the Role
Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead operations within a popular establishment in Glasgow . This role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, control inventory, and work closely with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. This is a key position for someone with a passion for food and drink, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence in Scotland's largest city.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and schedule F&B staff, providing training, motivation, and performance feedback.
- Oversee inventory management, including stocktaking, ordering, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within F&B areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain menu quality and implement specials.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in a busy F&B environment.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively.
