About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their team at a well-regarded establishment in Oxford . You will support the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and product quality in dining areas and bars. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide Food and Beverage staff during shifts, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering of food and beverage supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B areas.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of food and beverage menus.
• Train new staff members on service standards and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food and beverage role within the hospitality industry.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
