Food and Beverage Supervisor

About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee operations at their popular establishment in Stoke-on-Trent . Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B service team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering of beverages and supplies to minimize waste.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the department.
