Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, including service staff.

• Manage stock levels for F&B supplies and assist with inventory counts.
• Address guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior role within the Food and Beverage sector.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, including service standards and menu knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in a catering environment.
