Food Floor Shift Lead — Open/Close & Service Excellence

Marks & Spencer in Norwich is seeking a Team Support Manager to lead the fill operation and ensure a sales floor ready to trade. You will coordinate resources, coach colleagues on best practice, and act as key holder to support opening and closing procedures.

You will model outstanding customer service, uphold M&S behaviours, and assist Colleague Managers while supporting nearby stores when needed.
