Food Production Operative – Learn, Grow, and Thrive

G’s Group in March is hiring a Production Operative to join our beetroot production line. You’ll work on packing, trimming and labelling, with full training to help you develop your career in a fast-growing food business and meet high supermarket standards.

Working hours are 05:00–17:00 on a two-week rolling pattern (3/4 days), with every other weekend off. We offer a friendly, supportive team, learning opportunities, benefits, and a clear path for progression as the business grows.
