Food Production Operator - Rotating Shifts & Training

Pertemps Northampton, on behalf of a global ingredients producer, is recruiting Food Manufacturing Operatives for a permanent, full-time role based in Northampton. The position offers a starting salary of £34,350, rising to £40,411 after a successful five-month probation, and rotates four days on, four days off, covering 06:00–18:00 or 18:00–06:00.

You will handle raw materials, operate production equipment, and uphold strict hygiene and safety standards.
