Food Retail Assistant: Early Shifts + Night Premium

Marks & Spencer in the United Kingdom is seeking enthusiastic Customer Assistants for our Food section. You’ll be on the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace, stocking shelves where needed, and embracing the transformation we’re driving.

Shifts include early mornings (04:00–12:00) with an unsocial premium for late hours; you’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to help customers find what they want. A team player ready to work across store areas is essential.
