Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer - Client Direct - London - Commercial Offices - Up to £50K

The Opportunity

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join one of the fastest-growing companies of it's type in London. Currently there are opportunities within the organisation for Fabric Engineers, Electrical Engineers and Mechanical Engineers due to growth within the company.

As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you'll work across a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings. You'll also assist with quoted works and tenant maintenance projects. This role offers variety, autonomy, and clear progression into senior roles such as Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Provide engineering support across multiple commercial office sites Carry out both electrical and mechanical PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance Support tenant and project works, ensuring smooth delivery of additional services Manage and liaise with subcontractors for specialist services Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including: Fire alarms Emergency lighting Water treatment HVAC systems, including AHUs and FCUs Complete reports, logbooks, and assist with monthly compliance documentation Occasionally work out-of-hours or attend call-outs (where applicable) Salary & Package

City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 IF Electrical or Mechanical (or equivalent) Previous experience in commercial building maintenance Good understanding of health & safety and statutory compliance Confident, client-facing, and reliable with strong communication skills Willing to travel within Zones 1–2 and work semi-static across key sitesIf you are interested please get in touch with Fin from CBW Staffing Solutions
