Job Description
B2A is expanding, with a number of brand-new football development programmes launching in Bristol, we’re looking to build our coaching team and recruit ambitious, enthusiastic and highly motivated Football Coaches to join us.
Our football programmes combine high-quality technical coaching with physical performance, strength & conditioning and player development, utilising our specialist performance facilities at B2A.
We’re looking for coaches who want to work within a progressive environment where player development comes first.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We want coaches who are
- FA/UEFA qualified or currently working towards coaching qualification
- s Passionate about developing young player
- s Confident delivering high-quality technical session
- s Professional, reliable and organise
- d Excellent communicators with players, parents and colleague
- s Open-minded and committed to developing as a coac
- h Comfortable working within a structured coaching syllabus and development philosoph
y
Experience within academy, development centre, grassroots or performance environments would be advantageous
An appropriate Enhanced DBS and safeguarding qualifications will be required for roles involving young people
