Footwear Sales Specialist – Customer Experience & KPIs

Clarks is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to deliver a great consumer experience in-store while hitting set targets and KPIs. You will sell shoes and accessories using Clarks selling models and help maintain high retail standards front and back of house.

The role requires flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, and adherence to cash and stock procedures. You’ll keep the sales floor visually appealing and use product knowledge to engage customers.
