The Role
You will be responsible for accurately forecasting, planning and ensuring the timely delivery of materials to support smooth operational performance. Key responsibilities include: Forecasting and planning material orders based on consumption and demand data Analysing and validating forecast information Maintaining planning schedules and overhaul requirements Managing material releases and delivery plans Handling associated purchase requests Identifying, escalating and resolving planning issues promptly Conducting root cause analysis to support continuous improvement Collaborating closely with material controllers, project managers, operational teams and fellow planners Supporting the development and maintenance of forecasting and demand planning processes Candidate Profile We welcome applications from candidates across various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess: Experience in forecasting, planning or demand planning Strong data analysis and numerical skills Proficient IT skills with confidence in handling data Knowledge of inventory management principles Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Exceptional attention to detail Experience with Syncron or Power BI is desirable but not essential.
