Job Description
Foreman - Groundworks
Location: Nottingham
Rate: DOE - Negotiable
Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
IR35: Outside IR35
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day groundworks activities.
- Manage gangs, labour, plant and subcontractors.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to specification.
- Coordinate foundations, drainage, concrete works, ducting, slabs and external works.
- Conduct toolbox talks and site inspections.
- Liaise with Site Management, Engineers and subcontractors.
- Monitor quality and productivity across the site.
Requirements
- Previous Groundworks Foreman experience.
- Strong groundworks subcontractor background.
- Experience supervising gangs and site teams.
- SSSTS.
- CSCS.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
