About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and discreet Forensic Accountant to join their team in Nottingham . Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial investigations into fraud, embezzlement, and financial misconduct.
• Analyse complex financial data to trace funds, identify discrepancies, and quantify financial losses.
• Prepare comprehensive forensic accounting reports suitable for legal proceedings or internal review.
• Provide expert witness testimony in court when required.
• Collaborate with legal teams, law enforcement, and clients throughout investigations.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with specialised training or experience in forensic accounting.
• Demonstrated experience in fraud detection, investigation, and litigation support.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
• Proficiency in forensic accounting software and data analysis tools is highly desirable.
