About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Forestry Consultant to join their expanding remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed site assessments and environmental impact studies for forestry projects.

• Advise clients on best practices for sustainable forestry, biodiversity conservation, and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Utilize GIS and other remote sensing technologies for data analysis and mapping of forest resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in forestry management or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of forest ecology, silviculture, and timber harvesting techniques.
• Proficiency in using forestry software, GIS, and remote sensing tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
